One of my physical goals (part of my 3P plan) is to get in the best shape for 2015 half-marathons and marathons. In order to accomplish the goal, I have a few pounds to lose.

We say pounds, the Brits say stones. One stone is equivalent to 14 pounds. It sounds so depressing when I need to lose 7 pounds but it has a nice ring to it when I only need to lose half a stone.

Insanity week 5 day 2 – DONE!
